A clean, comfortable shared room with two single beds, fresh linen, and a private bathroom. Ideal for those who value community and connection with fellow practitioners.

* Room rates include 3 sattvic meals daily. Rates for programme participants are inclusive in the programme fee.
Our Spaces
Every space at Rishikesh Sadan has been designed with intention — to support your practice, your rest, and your growth.
Pure & Nourishing
In the yogic tradition, food is medicine. At Rishikesh Sadan, every meal is prepared with love, intention, and the principles of Ayurveda — fresh, seasonal, vegetarian, and full of prana.
Our kitchen follows a strictly lacto-vegetarian diet. Onion, garlic, and all non-vegetarian items are avoided to maintain the sattvic quality of the space. Every ingredient is sourced locally from trusted farmers.
Special dietary needs (gluten-free, dairy-free, etc.) can be accommodated with advance notice.
Guidelines
These guidelines exist not as restrictions, but as the very foundation that makes this space sacred. They are observed by everyone — teachers and students alike.
The ashram is entirely smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises or in the surrounding gardens.
Alcohol and all intoxicants are strictly prohibited. This supports the mental clarity essential to genuine practice.
Rooms do not have televisions. This is intentional — our aim is to reduce distraction and deepen presence.
All meals and any food brought onto the premises must be vegetarian. This maintains the sattvic purity of the space.
We request that phones are kept silent during classes, meals, and satsang. Digital detox is part of the healing.
No plastic, no littering, and a deep reverence for the natural world that makes this place what it is.
Noble silence is observed after 9 PM. This nightly practice supports deep rest and inner integration.
We ask all guests to approach the teachings, teachers, and traditions with openness and genuine respect.
